Danielle Bayliss, DVM, MS, Diplomate ACVIM
Dr. Danielle Bayliss graduated from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2004. After graduation, she completed a rotating internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at Cornell University Hospital for Animals in Ithaca, NY. Following her internship, Dr. Bayliss pursued additional training in internal medicine at Colorado State University, where she completed a 3-year residency program. During the course of her residency, Dr. Bayliss also achieved a Master’s Degree in Veterinary Clinical Sciences, with an emphasis in feline infectious disease. Her research has recently been published in the Journal of Feline Medicine and Surgery. She is now board-certified in internal medicine, and is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine.
Dr. Bayliss has advanced training in the fields of infectious disease, liver and gastrointestinal disease, urinary tract disease, and respiratory disease. She has special interest in endocrinology, as well as extensive training in general and interventional endoscopy. Dr. Bayliss has worked at Memphis Veterinary Specialists since August 2008.
